Who is responsible
[COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], [COUNTRY] is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: support@wallpilatesdaily.com.
What we collect and why
- Quiz answers (age range, goals, height, weight, activity level and similar): to build and show your personalised plan. Weight and body-related answers are used only for this purpose.
- Email address (if you enter it): to save your plan, send it to you and give you access to the app after purchase.
- Purchase data (name, email, country, transaction and subscription status): received from Stripe to give you access, manage renewals, cancellations and refunds. We never receive your full card number.
- App usage (workouts completed, check-ins, reminders you choose): to show your progress, streaks and medals.
- Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel): to measure our ads. In the European Union and the United Kingdom the Pixel is only loaded after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you click “Reject” it is never loaded. Elsewhere it loads when you visit the site.
Legal bases (EU/UK)
Contract (providing the plan and the subscription you bought), consent (advertising cookies and marketing emails — you can withdraw it at any time) and legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention).
Who we share data with
Only with providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Meta Platforms (ad measurement, if allowed), Cloudflare and our hosting provider (hosting the site and app), and our email/automation tools. Some of them are located outside your country, including the United States; transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers offer (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Quiz data without a purchase: up to 12 months. Account and purchase data: while your subscription is active and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent, by writing to support@wallpilatesdaily.com. In the EU/UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. California residents can request access or deletion and opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising by writing to us; we will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
